We believe in transparent pricing which reflects our values and commitment to mental health, whilst honouring the expertise, qualifications and experience of our therapists. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are conveniently

offered via telehealth (Zoom with Scout) or in person (Manly & Narrabeen with Eliza).

*ENM sessions have a higher price due to the niche which requires additional specialized training and supervision.
