How can I obtain an international marriage certificate?

I am English and in July 2008 I got married to a Romanian in Romania. We have the Romanian marriage certificate. Now I am living in Luxembourg and need to register the marriage here but they require an international marriage certificate for a marriage done in Romania. How can I obtain one?
