Im doing some research for college and i wanted to get some info from a variety of people. Also, do you think its possible to become attracted to a person w/out meeting them? What types of people try this and why? Im married, but I dont think I would be the type to try this form of dating if I were single. What do you think?

if you date over the internet a guy wont be able to tell ALL of your faults. YOU FAIL! if no one want you in real life, what make you think that they will what you on the internet. you will never find anyone!

A good point is theres alot of ppl on the tinternet so youve got more chance of meeting someone. But the person you meet could be some sick old perv guy.

you can open up more easily and be yourself
but the con is- people aren’t usually who they say they are. sure, they’re the guy from the pics they sent you. but they are probably MARRIED, or in a relationship. or just looking for sex. 90% of the time men on the internet just want sex.

My friend found her current boyfriend on They emailed each other couple of weeks. After that they decided to meet. Met a few times after that and hit it off. Been going strong for few months now. She went through some bad breakups before when she met guys in a bar or at college. I say, it is upto the person how safe they play. Anything could happen anywhere if you are not careful.
