Are you from Russia by chance? No way they won’t…many women will still be gold diggers and I don’t think mail-order brides will ever catch on with the majority of the population, there is no fun in it, really

Whats the difference between an imported gold digger vs. a domestic gold digger?
Isn’t any female who succumbs to moving over seas to service, be with, or maintain some mans house and pleasures just an imported gold digger?
Price! Thats the difference. And exotic looks and a less materialistic attitude towards life. At least for the first 10 years until their new American friends finally rub off on them.

It will definitely make it harder for gold diggers.
Gold diggers obviously try to get together with a man with a lot of money, but often times they completely bank on their physical beauty to land such a man.
Eventually, the physical beauty will wear off, and the man – having the money and resources will be able to get rid of her and replace her with a more beautiful woman. In essence, trade her in for the “better model.”
Enter the mail order bride! This just makes it much easier and much faster for a wealthy man to get rid of a less than stunningly gorgeous wife.
The other possibility (and probably the more likely one) that you’ve suggested, is that the man might just choose to forget about ever considering the gold digger in the first place. This certainly seems like it would make sense.
This is especially true when the mail order bride comes from a lower income region. Herein, the bride would be more willing to marry without the man having to disclose the most intimate details of his financial portfolio.
In contrast, a typical spoiled-brat American woman might not even give him the time of day without knowing his income and his assets. Thus, you couldn’t really blame him for not wanting to put up with those shannangians and just opting for a mail order bride.
Anyway, I think you’ve made a good observation and you’re probably right.
